While Pocklington's campaign is up to schedule; several clubs still need to catch up on on postponed fixtures, causing the county committee to terminate the remainder of this season's cup competitions.

As a result, the scheduled Yorkshire Shield quarter final is cancelled and there is no rugby at Percy Road this Saturday. But there is plenty of alternative international entertainment in the clubhouse on the big screen throughout the afternoon with Scotland playing France at 2.15 pm, followed by England v Wales at 4.45 pm, all welcome.

On Sunday Pocklington Runners take over the club for the annual Snake Lane 10 - their popular 10 mile road race.

The junior teams are standing down for the day and the minis are at the Malton Festival.
