Everything is looking ready for the big day - the biggest beer tent yet, an array of food and refreshment stalls and high speed rugby from 10.30 am.
The gates open at 10 am, the wommens sevens are up first and then the main competition follows at 1.00 pm, with the final scheduled for 6.40 pm.
Parking will be at a premium so try and make every effort to get there without a car. The car park at the club's Kilnwick ground is also open.
Advance tickets have flown out over the past week, so get there early - it could be a sell out.
