Pocklington 1st XV open their N1E home league programme when they entertain Bradford & Bingley on Saturday, kick off 3.00pm, in a match sponsored by York Property Solutions. When the sides last met in the 2019-20 season B&B prevailed at Wagon Lane 27-20, but Pocklington gained full revenge in the return encounter at Feathers Field in March 2020 by winning 37-17. However, both sides have had wholesale changes in the past 18 months and are now rebuilding by bringing in a clutch of young talent.
