Pocklington 1st XVs arrangements for Saturday have been chopped and changed throughout the weekend before the status quo resumed and the team will play Selby after all.
They had been scheduled to host Selby at home on Saturday (18 March), but the league secretary informed the club they had to travel to Moortown instead as Moortown and Pontefract's games - the two are neck and neck at the top of the table - were being prioritorised.
Pock away to Moortown was confirmed on Monday morning, only for the authorities to reverse decision on Monday afternoon. So after cancelling sponsorship, beer orders and supporter arrangements, there was a scramble to get as much as possible reinstated a few hours later.
So Pocklington 1sts play Selby, kick-off 3.00pm, with the match sponsored by Plas-Tech. The Panthers are at Hullensians and Pigrims home to Grimsby. On Sunday Pocklington Women have a 'Pitch Up And Play' mtach at 2.00pm when anyone can turn up and have a run out.
