After a good win over fellow strugglers Bradford & Bingley, Pocklington have to step up again when they go to promotion challenging Cleckheaton on Saturday.

Pocklington beat Cleckheaton 27-17 at Feathers Field in November, but the West Riding side have only lost once at home this season to sit in second place in the North 1 East table. Pock's director of rugby Tony Penn praised the home crowd's support in last Saturday's victory, and the bus for players and spectators this week leaves at 12 noon.

Back at Pocklington the Pilgrims entertain Scunthorpe (3.00 pm). On Sunday the Under 16s and Under 15s are scheduled to host Ionians and Goole respectively (11.00 am) followed by the Colts in home Yorkshire Cup action against York (1.00 pm).
