Adult application forms below can be downloaded and emailed through to the Membership Secretary Henry Mitchell at henry.mitchell@mainstay-medical.com. The adult section accepts cash, cheque, card payment at the bar or payment via standing order.

Mini and Junior Players

Mini and Junior (Family) Membership is detailed here. Membership is payable within 3 weeks of starting.

One Membership card will be provided per family to the lead Adult, available from the bar shortly after membership is paid. This entitles the family to a 10% reduction on all bar purchases.

All memberships are sold subject to agreeing to abide by all club rules and codes of conduct
